ACTION BRONSON, a multi-talented individual from Queens, New York, is a rapper, chef, writer, and actor. Known also as a sneaker enthusiast, he was featured in a NEW BALANCE campaign in 2022, and the following year, he released the "990V6 BAKLAVA" under his supervision, which took the sneaker scene by storm. Since then, collaborations have continued, with new colors being released one after another with vivid color schemes and bold use of materials.
In 2025, the collaboration moves to the masterpiece "992." The "992" was born in 2006 as the successor to the "991" to celebrate the 100th anniversary of NEW BALANCE and is also famous for being a favorite of Steve Jobs. The design theme this time is "TIGER EYE." This is a power stone said to enhance insight and decisiveness, and to attract good fortune and luck in competition. In ancient Egypt, it was set in the eyes of statues of gods and used as a talisman, and the beauty of this mysterious natural stone has been incorporated into a pair of sneakers.
